I already got my seeds from PineTree, I am very satisfied with my order. I did have one item, Sugar Snap Peas, backordered, but at least they gave me everything else.

Two years ago I planted from transplants in the Spring and the broccoli grew a very small amount before bolting and the cauliflower never grew a head and bolted. Last year I started from seed and planted early April, both did the same as the prior year. I know in Utah, to have success with Broccoli and Cauliflower, you need to plant in the Summer to get a good crop in the Fall. However, I am trying to get two crops, one end of Spring and the other end of Fall, so that is why I am going with the early varieties. Did you plant in Spring and get the yields you are talking about? Let me know what you did to keep them from bolting if you did.

Have you had trouble growing broccoli and cauliflower period or just from seed? I bought broccoli and cauliflower starts from Cooks last year and they grew very well. I have tons still in the freezer (since I'm about the only one who eats it).
